Pile mats are primarily put in place after demolition to support the movement of the piling rig and heavy machinery. These rigs can exert excessive pressure onto the ground underneath and the application of pile mats ensures that their weight is distributed more evenly and the piling rig remains stable during the works. SRC Group can design, construct and test the piling mat to the exact requirements of the project and also support the piling operations by removing the spoil created during the piling process.
